The intercoastal sites are inclusive of Parcel A , an approximately 5.1 acres and the oceanfront site Parcel B are appr. 6.1 acres. The sites are located between Atlantic ocean and the intercoastal waterway and are bifurcated by state riad A1A.The parcel A project consists of residential building 22 residential units in approx. 125,600 SF and parking area approx. 44,460 SF. A separate private recreation building and tennis center.The Parcel B project consists of one 10 story building with 72 luxury residential units in approximately 359,064 SF. with parking for 194 cars in 109,137 SF and 14,194 SF amenities. There is a additional rooftop recreation area. The building design and unit layouts for this building consists of east and west side , each of which area mirror image of the other , resulting in an architectural cost savings reflected in this proposal.
